National Trust Insect Peanut Butter for Birds

Insects are a popular treat for many garden birds, especially Britain’s favourite bird, the Robin. That’s why this nutritious jar of energy-rich peanut butter blended with protein-packed insects is sure to be a hit in your garden! Peanuts are naturally high in calories and, when blended into a smooth butter, make a tasty and high-energy treat. We’ve left out any added salt to ensure the blend is nutritionally balanced and completely safe for your garden birds. (Note: Peanut butter made for human consumption contains up to 100 times more salt than our wildlife-safe recipe and should never be fed to birds.) To feed, simply remove the lid and place the jar into one of our specialist peanut butter feeders.
