Because they’re broken into smaller pieces, they’re safer to offer during the breeding season and ideal for feeding fledglings that can’t manage whole nuts. Our peanuts are carefully selected from human food stocks to ensure nil-detectable levels of aflatoxin, a naturally occurring mould that can develop on peanuts grown or stored in poor conditions. Even in trace amounts aflatoxin can be harmful, so we take every precaution to make sure every batch meets our highest quality standards.
