Thanks to its large size and weight, it's perfect for boxing training, especially for uppercuts and hooks. Training on the punching bag can be a supplement or alternative to training on traditional punching bags. The ball is 45 cm in diameter and approximately 50 cm high, so you can perform a full range of strikes on it, including uppercuts and hooks. The weight of the XXL pear is approximately 30 kg . The bag's diameter is 45cm, providing a large training surface. The bag is made of multi-layer material ensuring very high resistance to any damage. The bag is equipped with 3 chains with a total load capacity of approx. 200 kg. The chain set includes a swivel to prevent the chains from twisting. The bag was made in Poland from health-safe materials. ✅ DAMAGE-RESISTANT MATERIAL The pear is made of a 7-layer patented variety of plawil, providing excellent resistance to all types of damage. ✅ STRONG CHAINS The pear tree uses strong welded chains with a swivel at the end to prevent the bag from twisting during training.
