As an Internationally Accredited & Certified Confidence & Mindset Coach I help women and mothers boost their confidence nurture their growth mindsets and conquer their goals for healthier lives. With over 3 years of coaching experience and certifications in mental health and Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) I have the skills and knowledge to support you in overcoming yours fears limiting beliefs and self-doubt in order for you to reach your full potential. With over 14 years within the military I have gained much experience and exposure to the world. After working with a coach and NLP practitioner myself I was amazed at the profound effect coaching had on my life excited by the positive impact coaching had on me I found my passion and trained as a coach and Master NLP practitioner myself. I am passionate about personal development my coaching will help you to embrace a new found sense of confidence and reveal a healthier happy version of yourself. Using NLP strategies we can explore and make links between your thoughts behaviours and emotions and provide you with useful tools and strategies to tackle current and future struggles. I have helped many clients to transition to a happier place taking them from where they are now in life to where they want to be. ONE OFF GOAL SETTING STRATEGY SESSION 1 hr 30 mins Using a coaching wheel we will look at 8 different areas of your life to understand where you are now in relation to your goal(s) then create a structured road map and action plan aligned with achieving your goal(s). 4 SESSION COACHING PACKAGE After getting to know each other on your complimentary call we will dive right into a 90 minute introductory session where we will nail down your ultimate desires and goals followed by 3 x 1 hour coaching sessions.
