Two Combined ( 2 Hours) Latin Fitness & Technique & Sociable Latin Ballroom Classes

IDR Latin Partner Dancing Classes are 60 minutes with instruction from Professional & Experienced Dance Instructors. You will learn various styles including Salsa Cha Cha Rumba Jive Bachata and Argentinian Tango. The classes focus on leading and following steps and choreography from the ISTD/IDR Medalist syllabus from Pre-Bronze to Silver/Gold. The Dance Programs are 2 weeks. Dance Partners or Previous Dance Experience is not necessary. We encourage sociable dancing with each other. We also run IDR Latin Rhythm Classes with emphasis on dance technique use of body mechanics and recommend that both classes are attended for a faster and more effective dance learning as a Dance Sport.
