The Namkhan - Yoga Class (8 am or 4 pm)

The Namkhan, Luang Prabang's quintessential eco-resort & beach alongside the banks of the Khan River, welcomes you to experience our "Yoga Class". Practicing yoga and meditation is a perfect way to start the morning. Our pavilion is located in a tranquil area surrounded by nature with views of our gardens and the Khan River and offer daily morning 8 am class and evening 4 pm class. Each class will take approximately 1 hour. We create the best atmosphere to practice yoga, chi kung and meditation. So come, relieve some stress, strengthen the body and mind, and enjoy connecting to your true self again.
