When running at this kind of pace you need to know your joints and muscles are protected from shock and the 6-piece elastic cushioning system very successfully achieves this. The 1.6mm thick running belt provides a comfortable 153cm x 52cm (60” x 20”) running area that can be elevated from 0-18 levels of incline. Both speed and incline can be controlled by buttons integrated into the handle bars for uninterrupted training. The console provides 24 pre-set programmes for variety and workout feedback to help motivate and encourage you to keep on training. Once your workout is over the treadmills heavy duty frame uses a hydraulic assist so that it can be easily folded away or slowly lowered using its unassisted soft drop system.
