Designed to push athletes to their limits, this fractional plates set helps new weightlifters and pro’s alike, add smaller weights to track progress more effectively. The rubber coating on the plates protects both the plate and your floor from accidental dropping as well as adding extra grip when handling for safety. 50mm diameter hole so that they will fit all Olympic bars. Set contains 2 x 0.5kg, 2 x 1kg, 2 x 1.25kg, 2 x 2.5kg
