Offering an alternative to a traditional straight barbell the curved middle section allows the user to re-position their hand to avoid wrist strain while training. Ideal for both tricep and bicep work the bar will support you to lift longer and eventually heavier as you gain strength. Maximum weight for the bar is 125 KG.
