BH LIGHT COMMERCIAL SQUAT MACHINE (SISSY SQUAT+) G350 The BH Squat Machine G350 has a platform that you stand on and an adjustable bar that locks your feet in place. Behind you are two pads that your calves rest on. Now that you are locked in place you can do squats securely without the fear of falling or loosing your posture. It also allows you to stand up from the squat with less effort. Two handles on the base allow you to perform push ups from outside the bench. The BH Squat Machine has one more trick up its sleeve.
