The Casall Yoga Mat is made of natural wool and is perfect for all types of restorative yoga. It's pleasant to the touch, soft, and provides good insulation from the ground during exercise. Additionally, the non-slip backing (latex coating) prevents slipping on the floor. Wool is self-cleaning and doesn't need washing. The best way to do this is to air it out regularly. If washing is necessary, we recommend hand washing with a wool detergent or dry cleaning.
