Whitewater swimming (Hydrospeed) on the Durance

The Durance is without doubt the best river in France to learn to navigate and discover whitewater swimming. Your body will be in constant contact with water and your float. Thanks to advice and an appropriate technique that our instructors will teach you, you will be able to discover unique sensations of skiing and well-being. The ideal route for a first experience is the one that will take you from the famous wave of the Rabioux to Embrun.
