Private Kayaking Tour of Vienna

If you're searching for something truly different then let us take you to an undiscovered side arm of the Danube for a private kayak tour. We paddle entirely at your pace, in either single or double kayaks according to your preference, and you'll be guided throughout by a certified open-water lifeguard. You’ll experience the geography of Vienna as well as its political and diplomatic influence as we paddle past the United Nations in the emerging 'new' Vienna. We'll also admire several of the city’s other most important contemporary buildings, as well as the colourful lakeside huts which adorn the water’s edge. We could also stop at a lake shore cafe or take a swim in the clean lake waters. From May to September especially, the water is perfect for cooling off while watching the slow-paced world of the Old Danube float on by! Expect to share the water with some rowers, the odd fisherman, and the local birdlife. In the mornings though, we should have it to ourselves ;-)
