Mont Saint Michel Experience

Discover the Mont Saint Michel, the jewels of Normandy classified by the UNESCO World Wild Heritage. • In the year of 709 AD and by the request of the Archangel Michel, the bishop Auber (from Avranches) built a small church and settled a communnity of Benedictines on the rock. By the request of the Duke of Normandy and the pre-Romanesque, the church was built before the year one thousand. • Monks and Nuns from "Les Fraternités Monastiques de Jérusalem" have been ensuring a spiritual presence since the year 2001. • Discover the Abbey, the jails and the tight streets.
