YORK CSB32 INDOOR TRAINING BIKE  DESCRIPTION The York Barbell CSB32 Indoor Training Bike has an excellent build quality and provides a range of features only found on more expensive bikes. This premium bike has a Fixed Wheel as do all the best spin bikes and offers an 18.5kg flywheel and a 3 piece crank construction that delivers a super smooth pedalling action. The seat and handle bars are fully adjustable to suit all size users and the unit weighs 48.9kg so even when you are standing on the pedals and pushing yourself to the limit the bike will remain stable at all times. Resistance is increased and decreased using the brake knob located in easy reach. As you turn the knob the brake pad presses against the circumference of the flywheel, providing smooth micro adjustment resistance control. The brake pad is highly durable and will last for many many years. The computer gives you all the information you need and there is a water bottle included for your convenience.
