Important This experience takes place in a protected natural area, and we follow eco-friendly practices to help preserve the lagoon’s ecosystem. Our location, Caribbean Chiliboats San Juan, is at San Juan Bay Marina. Please arrive 30 minutes early to check in and prepare for the tour. Minimum height: 48 in (1.22 m). Maximum weight: 450 lb (204 kg) for two people, and 240 lb (109 kg) for one person.
