The smooth continuous curve profile maximises the internal volume and the floating tube concept at the airbox allows for engine movement without affecting the airflow negatively.A silicone coupler with an integrated thermal spacer acts as a barrier between the inlet tube and the turbo body, reducing heat soak, and thermal conductivity, while keeping air temperatures as low as possible.
