The mandatory visits are Basilica de Voto Nacional church, Plaza Grande, Carondelet Palace, Primary Cathedral and La Compañia de Jesús (the gold church). The tour continues to the Teleférico, the best viewpoint of the city and the volcanoes. You must bring a jacket and hiking shoes to get to the Swing viewpoint and take amazing pictures.
