Those that prefer the shorter 9’6 rods can choose between the 7-weight all-rounder or the 5-weight which has been specifically designed as a stillwater dry fly rod where small flies and fine tippets are required for those spooky fish. The blank itself is now a more versatile 4-piece model, it's slimmer & feels lighter in the hand and by tweaking the action further is even more responsive than the original.
