The Auric Cut BC MIPS helmet sets new safety standards for skiers and snowboarders. This season, the Auric Cut BC freeride helmet is equipped with the MIPS Evolve system—an innovative system that controls the helmet's rotation during an impact. The MIPS system is designed to reduce the effects of a fall and the amount of force transferred to the head and brain. The MIPS Evolve system guarantees uncompromising safety. Optimized for backcountry riding, this helmet combines a thick ABS shell for a strong and durable structure with a multi-impact EPP core. The thick EPP layer allows the helmet to withstand repeated, light impacts while maintaining its durability. Additionally, the Auric Cut BC MIPS is equipped with a RECCO reflector, a standard feature in off-piste helmets, allowing you to be quickly and easily located in the event of an off-piste accident. Adjustable ventilation ensures comfort during intense riding, and removable ear pads are also available. Ear pads can be attached to the POC Aid Communication Headset (sold separately). The goggle clip keeps them securely in place.
