PWRRUN Midsole The midsole of the Guide 19 uses an updated PWRRUN Foam; the new foam is even softer than previous versions for a more cushioned feel underfoot. The updated foam improves shock absorption compared to previous versions, reducing the risk of injury when striking hard, unforgiving ground.
