Typical System Sequence:. Install damp-proof course (DPC). Remove salt-contaminated plaster. Apply Sovereign Renderlite Renovating Plaster. Finish with Renderlite Finish Plaster (1.5–3 mm). Delay decoration to allow full drying and salt migration. Application Guidelines. Ensure the background plaster is fully cured and dust-free.. Mix powder into clean water, allow to stand for 5 minutes, remix as needed.. Apply at 1.5–3 mm thickness using a suitable plastering trowel.. Avoid over-polishing to maintain breathability and compatibility with finishes.. Allow plaster to fully dry before decoration.. Limitations & Drying Guidance. Not for use on: plasterboard, previously painted surfaces, or any substrate requiring a polished or glazed finish..
