Lumenition Performance Electronic Ignition System

The Performance Ignition System from Lumenition converts contact breaker ignition systems, (which are often original equipment on classic applications) to up to date electronic ignition.This ignition system is suited to high speed engines and is ideal for all performance cars particularly race and rally applications. The system has been developed to provide accurate switching improving engine smoothness and performance under many competition environments, whilst also improving the effectiveness and operation of old or worn distributors and vehicle starting. The kit is completely maintenance free and is a 'fit and forget' solution.The kit includes a low resistance, high energy coil, variable angle dwell return, recommended for various engine sizes up to 12 cylinders running to 8000rpm.The kit is a universal fitment but requires a Lumenition distributor fitting kit for specific distributors (available separately).
