Racelogic Brake Temperature Monitoring Sensors With Wiring Harness

This set of 4 sensors complete with wiring harness provides a method of accurately logging brake rotor temperatures. Each sensor can measure up to 16 points on a rotor so you can see a true temperature across the entire rotor diameter. The temperature range on the sensors is -20 to 950 degrees C.Accurate temperature taken at 16 different points across the rotor diamaterInvaluable for fine tuning suspension and chassis settingsReal time heat map available when used with VBOX Video HD2The Racelogic brake temperature sensors are mounted in close proximity to the rotor and constantly monitor the temperature across the whole diameter of the rotor. The advantage of this compared to more traditional methods is that you can view and log the temperatures during the lap to see how the each rotor reacts to braking at different points on the lap or stage. This information can be beneficial for fine tuning the chassis including brake bias, pad compound choice, suspension settings and tyre pressures. The sensor kit can be used with the Racelogic VBOX Video HD2 to provide real time brake temperature mapping which can be overlayed with the video footage for easier reference to brake reactions to different parts of the track. The kit can also be used with the VBOX Touch Motorsport data logger.
