Racelogic Brake Temperature Monitoring System

This brake temperature monitoring system comprises of the Racelogic VBOX touch Motorsport data logger and the brake temperature sensor kit, Each of the 4 sensors can measure up to 16 points on a rotor so you can see a true temperature across the entire rotor width. The advantage of this compared to more traditional methods is that you can view and log the temperatures during the lap to see how each rotor reacts to braking at any point during the lap / stage. This information can be beneficial for fine tuning the chassis including brake bias, pad compound choice suspension settings and tyre pressures.As well as logging brake temperatures the VBOX touch Motorsport logger also allows you to view and log lap times with predictive lap timing, speed, position and performance (such as acceleration). All this makes the brake temperature monitoring system a very powerful tool for improving car and driver performance.
