Design Engineering Ultra 47 Turbo Heat Shield - T4 Turbo - Shield Only

The Ultra 47 range of turbo heat shields from DEI have been developed specifically for Garret T3 and T4 turbo but will fit other models of turbocharger (see below)The shields are made using a Tri-layer mix of an aluminium impregnated glass fibre outer shell with a high temperature insulating mat core with silica glass blend liner. They provide a more consistent temperature in the turbo which increases efficiency and decreases turbo lag as well as lowering under bonnet temperatures.Supplied as a shield only or as a kit which includes -2" x 15ft roll of black exhaust wrap x 120" stainless locking ties x 25ft length of fastening wire x 1Available in two versionsGarrett T3 - Also fits Borg Warner S300 (with a turbine housing smaller than 14cm/sq) / Garrett GT35 with T3 housing and Precision / Tial / Turbonetics with V-3 bandGarret T4  - Also fits Borg Warner S300 (with a turbine housing larger then 16cm/sq) / S400 / Garret GT35R with T4 housing / GT37R / GT42 / GT45
