The pneumatic fuel cut defender from Turbosmart is suitable for most cars using a MAP sensor. Most later model cars have built in defence mechanisms to guard against increases in boost pressure, such systems are important but can be an obstacle when increasing boost pressure.A Turbosmart fuel cut defender will allow boost pressure to be increased above the factory level and will prevent momentary shutdown of the fuel injection system when boost increases. This allows for an accurate and simplistic increase in the factory fuel cut out level without the need for cutting wires or affecting off boost conditions and can be locked out to prevent tampering. The unit itself is subtle and compact, constructed from a durable and lightweight billet alloy, ideal to be shown off or tucked away - whatever your requirements.The pneumatic fuel cut defender comes supplied complete with fitting kit and is to be used in conjunction with a Turbosmart boost controller.
