These Coilovers are separately adjustable for rebound damping, low speed and high-speed compression, offering a huge amount of control over how your car handles.KW use special Twin-Valve technology to allow their dampers to handle slow compressions (cornering, braking, acceleration) differently to fast compressions (bumps in the road). This allows the same damper to handle a wide range of circumstances gracefully. 6 separate click settings adjust the low-speed compression range, and 14 separate click settings for high-speed compression allow you to fully customise body roll control, while 16 separate click settings control rebound damping to select the perfect choice between firmness and comfort.Where possible, KW offers stainless steel bodies on their Coilovers coupled with powder-coated springs, which gives the best possible corrosion resistance. This is a huge advantage in climates where road salt is used, and, with proper maintenance, can avoid seizing problems or premature failure, which lesser treatments can result in.KW manufacture their own springs, which means you're buying a complete package tailored specifically to your vehicle in order to optimise the handling performance of your ride. As each KW Suspension Coilover kit is vehicle specific, not all Coilover kits can provide adjustable lowering amounts due to the limitations of the vehicle design. In these instances, KW's expert suspension engineers will have developed a fully tested, fixed lowering amount, that provides the best lowering and handling combination.Suspension products are generally listed by Axle Weight/Axle Load. This information can be found on your VIN plate and should be checked prior to selecting your replacement components, to ensure the best fit and vehicle compatibility is achieved.Where a kit is listed for vehicles with adaptive/electronic damping it means the Coilover kit comprises the V4 Coilovers and KW's own warning light cancellation kit, to enable you to deactivate the factory adaptive damping.Please Note: On vehicles where sports suspension is a factory option (e.g. Audi S-Line, BMW M-Sport, Mercedes AMG-Line) the lowering amount shown is for vehicles without. If your vehicle has optional sports suspension you will have to deduct the amount the vehicle is already lowered by. This can be up to 30mm.
