A versatile range of fuel pumps are designed for use with carburettor equipped engines. This latest variant now has solid state technology to provide superior reliability over the older points triggered types. The Interrupter fuel pumps can be fitted anywhere in the fuel line and the 2 bolt bracket and single cable wiring make this pump a breeze to fit. The end cap of the pump is removable to reveal a filter which can be cleaned and replaced. All pumps in the range or compatible with E5, E10 and E85 petrol.3 Different pump models are available -SILVER TOP ROAD - A 12 volt negative earth pump with a flow rate of 28 gallons per hour and a delivery pressure of 4-5.5 Psi. Ideal for fast road use on engines up to 150 BHP.SILVER TOP COMPETITION - A 12 volt negative earth pump with a flow rate of 30 gallons per hour and a delivery pressure of 6-7Psi. Ideal for fast road or competition use on engines up to 200 BHP.RED TOP WORKS - A works specification 12 volt negative earth fuel pump with a flow rate of 38 gallons per hour and a delivery pressure of 6-8 Psi. Suitable for competition use on engines up to 240 BHPIt is recommended that all of the above fuel pumps are used in conjunction with a fuel pressure regulator to prevent the possibility of a fuel leak in the carburettor due to the fuel pressure being too high.The inlet and outlet ports on the silver top pumps are 1/8 NPT and the Red top works pump has 1/4 NPT. Fuel pipe adaptors are available separately.Not recommended for use with motorcycle engines or on aircraft applications.EEC 95/54 Compliant.
