Eventuri's patented venturi stack housing and custom intake designs ensure that airflow remains as laminar as possible at all times and the Eventuri engineers have applied this concept to these chargepipes.After intensive development and testing, Eventuri's engineers have created a carbon fibre upper chargepipe set that improves fitment, flow quality and strength. These chargepipes provide a smooth flow path that removes weld joints, geometry restrictions and poor fitment issues associated with other aftermarket metal pipework, while maximising the internal volume and flow rate.Fabricated from high-temperature prepreg carbon fibre. The construction utilises multiple carbon layers which are applied with cross-directional weave patterns to increase the strength of the part. Each pipe has machined stainless steel rings embedded in the openings to provide extra strength in the clamping areas. The pipes have smooth bends and reliefs to provide an efficient flow path for the pressurised air to negotiate from the turbos to the cooler. By ensuring there are no sharp corners and exposed faces, the turbos are able to operate as they were designed with the OEM chargepipes.The connection to the turbo outlets is done by using CNC machined flanges which use the OEM O-ring to provide the required seal. Each flange is machined from aircraft-grade Aluminium and then black anodised. High-quality silicon couplers are then used to mate the flanges to the pipes and constant tension marine-grade clamps are then used to make them secure.Based on their extensive tuning and aeronautics background, the engineers at Eventuri are raising the standards for intake design and development.
