These 184mm diameter Clutch Cover Assembles from Helix have been designed for competition use with a range of sizes and materials to suit all types of applications. The clutch cover itself is a lug type design which is designed to have better heat dissipation to enable the clutch to function more efficiently. The design is also less prone to dust build up due to having a more open design allowing the dust to escape, thus preventing it from hindering the performance of the clutch.Designed for use with cerametallic drive plates, this compact clutch benefits from thicker friction material which is riveted onto the drive plate for better heat soak and dissipation. The blend of ceramic and metallic materials is mainly used in rally applications because of its degree of long-slip, however it can also be used in racing applications, particularly endurance racing.There are various plate and torque ratings available for this particular clutch cover assembly to suit most requirements.Note: Clutch drive plates are not included in the cover assemblies but are available separately.
