GYS Plastic Brazing Repair Kit

The automotive plastics brazing kit is easy to use and can repair 90% of plastics commonly used in the automotive industry. Plastics are perfectly repairable with the brazing repair concept by melting a fine stainless steel mesh into the part being repaired & "filling" with a plastic repair rod, using a specially designed electric soldering iron. Enables repair of bumpers & other plastic parts rather than costly replacement. Repairable plastics include: Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP), Thermosetting: PUR RIM RRIM EEBC EMA, Thermoplastics: PP-TEEE TPE TPO TEO PP/EPDM TPU TPUR. Kit delivered complete with 2x stainless steel meshes (ref 052949), 10x plastic blazing rods (052956), soldering iron, scissors, brush & storage case.
