Tillett Rotax TAG Carbon Composite Chain Guard

These Tillett carbon composite chain guards are designed to fit Rotax TAG engines. The full length design is suitable for most engines with or without a clutch cover. This latest evolution have been made stronger and lighter plus they have increased width to compensate for thicker sprocket protectors. Lighter and stronger than previous design (just 270g weight)Composite construction with a carbon fibre outer layerIncreased width prevents bolts cutting into the guard when sprocket protectors are usedFull length design covers the clutch assemblyThe carbon composite material used for the Rotax TAG chain guards is incredibly tough and will stay rigid even when hot. The guards have a smooth finish on both the outside and inside to allow for easier cleaning. Tillett chain guards are now suitable for fitting onto other brands of mounting brackets without the need to trim. Tillett brackets are available to purchase separately if required.
