The Meguiars Grit Guard Insert solves the age old problem of 'grit in your sponge'. Simple to fix into the bottom of most buckets, the guard allows water around it and allows grit which may be present in the water to fall below the guard so when the sponge sinks to the bottom, does not come into contact with the grit.
