The solid frames of the car ramps are fitted with rungs to prevent slippage of the wheel after the car has been raised, & an extended rear face allows the ramps to be stood upright for convenient, space saving storage. For ease of use, and especially when working with low ground clearance vehicles like sports cars and custom builds, this set is also supplied with a matching pair of removable car ramp extensions. These fit onto the base of the ramps to provide a more gradual gradient which makes it easier to ride up them and prevents lower types of bodywork from being scraped in the process.
