Charges are applied per 15-minute slot starting from £12.50 per 15-minute slot. These fees cover parking and driver time. Communication During Delays: In case of major delays in disembarking or collecting luggage please notify your driver immediately to avoid confusion. No-Show: If after 45 minutes from landing the passenger is uncontactable or fails to show up to the meeting point the booking will be classified as a no-show and a refund will not be possible.
