AP Racing Fast Air Jack - without Exhaust Valve Stroke 310mm

The AP Racing Air Jack range has been developed and designed for optimum reliability, vital in competition situations. They are designed to be fitted to vehicles involved in race series where rapid pitstops are carried out. The Jacks are designed to be installed in a universal type fitment (such as through the vehicle floorpan or adjacent to the wheel arches in a saloon) and fit to a combined air system which can be activated by an air supply pressure of 30 bar.They have ultimate reductions in weight ensuring the items reduce combined vehicle weight therefore decreasing strain on the vehicle.The Jacks have a range of specifications for usability within many motorsport types and with applications both in lift height or weight capacity variants.The Air Jack series incorporates a compression spring as opposed to the conventional tension return spring, enabling the jack to be quicker with increased efficiency levels. The product range from Demon Tweeks provides the Air Jacks with an exhaust valve ensuring a specified route for the exhaust gas to take. The Jacks have a bore size of 54mm and each have a lift capacity of 675kg (therefore a tripod layout can be installed), with each Jack in the range requiring an operating air pressure supply of 30 bar.The products are available in a choice of 150, 230 or 310mm stroke depending on the height of vehicle raising required and with or without the option of a built in exhaust valve which can be throttled to adjust speed of decent.
