Design Engineering Exhaust Silencer Shield Kit

Based on the DEI tried and tested floor and tunnel shield this kit is designed to wrap around an exhaust silencer (muffler) to greatly reduce the radiant heat. The shield material is made from a sandwich of dimpled aluminium with 1/8" needle glass insulator and included in the kit are 4 x 40" long locking ties to secure the shield to the exhaust box.
