Tromsø Fjords Tour of Kvaloya and Sommaroy

You’ll set off on a scenic drive westward, crossing the bridge that connects Tromsø to the island of Kvaløya. As you travel, you’ll cross three fjords and pass through the valley of Kattfjordeidet. You’ll make short stops to take photos, breathe in the fresh Arctic air, and immerse yourself in nature. Keep your eyes open—you might spot reindeer or other wildlife roaming freely across the landscape. In Sommarøy, known as “the Summer Island,” you’ll relax and enjoy a warm two-course lunch (soup, dessert with tea & coffee) while enjoying stunning coastal views. On your return journey, you’ll drive along the southeast coast of Kvaløya, where you can admire the beautiful vistas of the Sund and the Malangen mountains. You can join this experience whether you use a wheelchair, have reduced mobility, or live with visual, hearing, or neurodivergent conditions.
