My what a great find Elite plumbing are. I’ve used them a couple of times now and Shaun always responds promptly, clearly and professionally. He has always endeavoured to get someone to me as quickly as possible. On each occasion the excellent Matty and his helper have attended to resolve the issue. Most definitely recommend Elite plumbing.

I’ve had several jobs carried out by Elite for leaks and boiler/heating issues over the last 18 months. On each occasion, I contacted Shaun and he ensured that someone was sent out within the 24hrs. Every time, the issue was resolved without any problems. The team carried out a thorough inspection to identify the cause, fix it properly, and make any necessary adjustments. On every occasion Elite have been friendly, polite and professional. I cant recommend Elite enough.

Shaun and his guys were first class with the boiler installation. Second time i have used elite. First was to supply and install my combi boiler at a competitive price. Second was to do a landlord gas safety check. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to everyone.

Really pleased with the work from Shaun and the team Quick turn around given circumstances (freezing and boiler completely packed up) Explored options for a fix but wasn’t viable so a new boiler install I was kept in the loop the entire time, things explained when needed and the lads were first class at their craft and even better people Pricing was very competitive! Would highly recommend anyone with any issues or exploring new fits to at least have a conversation with these guys ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

5* service, despite booking being postponed by a day, due to a kitchen fitter being off sick! Apprentice was polite, enthusiastic and showed great potential! Fitter ensured that we agreed to any suggestions, before his excellent work was carried out! Thank you!
