Maz Brighton Sports Therapy & Massage

I’ve been seeing Maz regularly for sports massage and honestly can’t recommend her enough! She’s professional, knowledgeable, and always tailors each session to exactly what my body needs. I always leave feeling looser, more mobile, and supported in my recovery.

After being diagnosed with a frozen shoulder a friend suggested trying acupuncture. I found Maz online and I'm so glad I did! Maz recommended that after my acupuncture appointment I should have a 30 minute massage. After just one session my restricted movement felt much better and enabled me to get better at the exercises from the hospital physio. I have nearly regained all mobility in my shoulder. I can't recommended Maz highly enough.

For 3 years I suffered with lower back ache which after 2 sessions of acupuncture with Maz and some gentle strengthening exercises to help with my core, my back ache has more or less gone. I can't recommend Maz highly enough, she's is great.

Amazing personalised approach to rehab and recovery! Can’t believe I’ve not written a review sooner, I really thought I’d already done this! I’ve worked with Maz for around 3 years now. She’s helped me deal with and recover from a severe knee surgery and also helped with my rheumatoid arthritis. Maz is super invested in her clients and goes the extra mile to research and personalise the therapy to make you feel understood and supported. Highly recommend - great massage. Great rehab support!

I came to Maz with persistent paint in my shoulder due to work and repetitive strain. Not only is she a lovely person, she made me feel so at ease. She is amazing at what she does and my shoulders have never felt so light after my massage! I will definitely be returning and would recommend her to anyone!
