I've just completed a course of physiotherapy with Ellen and she has worked wonders. She is very professional and knowledgeable and she worked out straight away what the problem was and things started to improve pretty quickly. It took me a while to make the first appointment but would say to anyone who is undecided to go ahead and not put it off any longer.
Both Ellen and Kirsty have been fantastic in helping my body recover after giving birth. Such a friendly welcoming place to have treatment. Ellen even provided toys to keep my little one entertained while I had my sessions. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
I have used many Physiotherapists and Osteopaths over the last 40 years. I can honestly say that Ellen and Kirsty are the most professional and knowledgeable I have experienced. They are dedicated to ensure your injuries heal and repair, even when you doubt it yourself. I have kept up the maintenance program and now feel stronger in myself. My range of movement has really increased and my general well being and morale is boosted. You are an asset to your profession and the wider community. I went to see Kirsty at my wife’s suggestion to try to address multiple sources of discomfort,mostly relating to lower back pain,but including shoulder and leg issues. I had never had any physio or massage treatment previously but am very glad that I agreed to go.Kirsty was able to diagnose and treat my pain very effectively.The combination of massage and laser treatment,as well as the exercises Kirsty recommended,produced rapid and sustained improvement.I am confident that my issues that could be treated have been treated extremely effectively and my back has been no problem since Kristy’s work for which I am most grateful.
