I was a frequent user of a garage in Denaby, until faces changed and I started getting ripped off and paying more than dealer prices. Been using Autopfect since defecting and I have never felt like I have been ripped off. I'm not the perfect customer, I'm a diy tinkerer so often I sort my own mot fails or advisory, I try and give them a bit more custom with an odd service but still I feel valued as a customer. They're busy, so book in advance.
Just had our Toyota Yaris (2004 model) serviced and MoT tested here. Very satisfied indeed. The staff were very professional and extremely helpful to me in accommodating my disability in getting the car in and out of the centre and back home. A very good job indeed all round. We'll be back next time.
I’ve used them a few times for part of servicing and emergency support. They managed to fit me in when I needed help on short notice and provided excellent service throughout. Highly recommend!
Easy 5*. The owner took my car in on NYE when he wasn’t even supposed to be working. He was upfront with what the cost should roughly be, which matched my expectations. Danny and Ian were the mechanics who took on the big job of fixing my car and were very honest with any problems with my car. They were willing for me to pop into the garage if I wanted to see what they were doing and were happy to explain to me what they were doing and why and what different parts are for. They sounded more relieved than me when they could finally give me good news and have even told me to pop in for check ups on my car if I want. Awesome service, great after care and smooth driving car. Thanks guys! (From the green haired lass with a red Peugeot)
