Mexborough Medical Practice - Highwoods Road

I’d like to leave some positive feedback for the practice. I was able to get my son seen quickly, which I really appreciated. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience much less stressful. A special thank you to Dr Helen — she is truly the best doctor I’ve ever had. She has helped me and my family many times now, and every time she is empathetic, thorough, and genuinely fantastic. We feel very lucky to have her.

The Care navigator team was very friendly and kept me updated on what was happening. Dr Kumar himself was polite, knowledgable, and professional. He checked all information and ensured I understood the precedure and recovery. I left with my appointment for follow up and paper work with clear instructions. Amazing service

After changing from another practice in Mexborough all I can say is wow. Reception team so welcoming and friendly. The men who did my flu injection and diabetes check up explained everything before they did anything. So friendly. Then there’s Dr Helen. What a gem. I’ve been sent for so many referrals and check ups in the short time I’ve been here than I did in the 42 years I was in the other practice. So lovely. Explained everything. Nothing seemed too much to her. I’m so glad I changed I’m getting my faith back in doctors. So hope it continues x

Dr Helen is amazing. Very knowledgeable and always explains everything to make me feel less worried. Love how thorough she is and a great listener.

All the staff are pleasant and helpful. I was seen to before my appointment time by a very helpful and pleasant nurse and can't fault them. Always take an appointment at this practice if possible
