Just visited here. Lady on duty was fantastic. She was VERY pleasant, had fantastic product knowledge and nothing was too much to ask of her. A testament to customer service above and beyond.

Man working on the night till on 28/02 was extremely rude. Had to knock twice before he came to the window as he was nowhere to be seen. When he arrived he continuously kept shaking his head and glancing at me with looks of anger. All because I had trouble hearing him through the glass and probably disturbed his nap. Won’t be returning if he is working.

Absolutely abysmal service on the 17th of February, at about 01:10am when doors were shut and the window was the only option of service . The man on service despite being both pointed to and given implicit directions to the fridge ended up somehow searching the isles nowhere near where I had specified instead then claiming "there were no cakes". I can see them from the door. He had the nerve to have a smug expression on his face. He still managed to get the wrong chocolate bar when I had to ask for something else. I'm a new regular and even I know where things are located, how the hell does a staff member on payroll not know? Get staff who actually do their job instead of weaponised incompetence.

Love the fact they have a walk up window. we needed milk, I walked up with my dogs from our house and had no problems making a purchase. Love it! The perfect start to a great day! Thank you!!

Fairly typical service station - reasonable number of pumps with good access on both sides, and a small shop with a good selection of products. Plenty of snacks and convenience food, a couple of chillers with drinks and some fresh produce. A barrier up at the till to help maintain COVID safety, and the sales assistant was cheerful and helpful. Like most service stations, you're paying a little extra for the convenience compared to superstore prices, but it's right on the main road and easy to get too
