I have obnoxious food allergies, and the experience here is always heart warming. The staff never made me feel like an inconvenience, checked and rechecked (even at one point pulling out their phones to make sure their suggestions was viable), and in the end our meals were all delicious. Even my picky eater that won’t eat medium spicy foods finished his plate.
Really enjoyed the meal I had there with my partner last night. The food was amazing, I've had many curry's before but the vindaloo was 10/10. I also had peshwari nann that came with a coating of honey(1st time for me that). I asked about the ingredients and had a great conversation with couple members of staff. Price was spot on. Extreme value. Would definitely recommend. If your in the area(or not) go here for a wonderful meal, great service, good atmosphere and excellent value.10/10. Oh and heart shaped bowls .
Normally go to Akbars but I've never really rated it. Anyway decided to try here. I pulled up on the footpath and it said private parking, my partner went in and asked if we could park there (They didn't know we were coming in for food) and was great, very nice and said no problem we don't mind. The food was absolutely unreal. This is now my go to Indian. I was starving, we got starters, loads of popadoms etc. Absolutely bought loads. Was expecting a £100 bill. Was £60!! This is now my new favorite Indian and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
Friendly staff and helpful. Big plus: they wait till you have your starter finished before serving main course. Portions are big, so think about what you are ordering. House wine also fits to the food.
Never had a problem until tonight I understand Saturday night's a busy night to order food but food took 2 hours to come came freezing cold missing rice chips like rubber popperdoms all smashed up rang several times just getting fobbed off saying driver on way said they would send missing rice asap but over 25 minutes still no rice called back to have phone put down on me complete waste off 40 pounds definitely wont be placing any more orders
