Here’s a more Truthfully, I’ve experienced many disappointments in life and never felt the need to complain or leave a review—until today. This is genuinely the most dissatisfied I’ve ever been. As someone with ADHD, I go through phases of being fixated on certain foods, and for the past month and a half, I’ve been ordering doner kebabs from different places every other day. I’d had a kebab from this place before after passing by and really enjoyed it, so I decided to order again. Today, however, was incredibly frustrating. I live just a five-minute walk away, but I chose delivery out of convenience. I ended up waiting over an hour. When the food finally arrived, it was stone cold. I had asked specifically for chilli and garlic sauce and to have the pitta bread replaced with a wrap. The wrap was included, which shows that the note was read—but what I received was a kebab with no visible sauces, just a translucent liquid with a faint hint of spice. I called the restaurant and asked if their garlic sauce was white or translucent like garlic butter, and they confirmed it’s meant to be solid white. When I pointed out that I didn’t receive the garlic or proper chilli sauce and that the food was cold, the person on the phone claimed I hadn’t asked for garlic sauce. I explained that I clearly had, and since they followed the wrap request, they obviously saw the note. He offered to send me some garlic sauce—but by that point, I had a cold doner kebab drenched in watery chilli sauce and would have to wait another hour for garlic sauce to arrive. To make matters worse, I had ordered a doner and chicken kebab, and the chicken was unbelievably dry, chewy, and rubbery—easily the worst I’ve ever had. Really disappointing experience from a place I previously enjoyed.

Just a basic pizza shop. My 12" meat feast was over cooked but my daughters margarita was nice and cheesy. Doner wrap was dry and the garlic sauce is like water. Reasonably priced.

I accidentally ordered collection and they still delivered my pizza and told me to pay next time I order. I don’t order any other takeaway but them. Been ordering for years and have the best pizzas. Never disappoint. Thank you. :))
