MOBI’S Burgers & Shakes

Love there smash burgers. It’s the only place from where i eat smash burgers and love them. On top of everything Algerian sauce gives a boost. Absolutely love their food. 💯recommend.

On my first visit to Middlesbrough, I noticed the sign for Mobi’s Burgers and Shakes and decided to stop by. The experience exceeded my expectations in every way. The service was attentive and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the start. The food was equally impressive—I ordered the Messi Burger and beef-loaded fries, both of which were flavorful and well-prepared. Although I didn’t take any pictures, the quality of the meal certainly merits a five-star review. I’m looking forward to dining here again before I return to the US. 17/08/2024 I visited Mobi’s Burgers and Shakes for the second time today and ordered the Smash Burger. As expected, the quality did not disappoint—the burgers are made with Angus beef and are truly delicious. Once again, the service was excellent, and the ambiance remained welcoming and comfortable. This place consistently delivers, and I’m happy to have returned.

I came here seeing it had 5 stars, not sure who is rating this 5 stars but they need to expand their horizons. Starting with the food, I got a big mo burger meal with an Oreo shake. The burger is very much a Big Mac dupe even down to the sauce. The lettuce, pickles and sauce are all nice and fresh, really uplifting the burger as a whole but the actual burger patties are on par with something you'd get at a car boot, very thin and reasonably tasteless. With that in mind and the price point, I don't see why most people wouldn't just go to McDonalds for a cheaper meal with a better quality actual burger. Chips were pretty good too, reasonably crispy. The shake was very thick and tasty too. The server felt like he'd rather have been anywhere else. When I asked for the shake, he upgraded my meal drink to a shake without mentioning it. Ordering was cash only also.

My sister ordered from here and her review was 2 stars then when posted changed to 4 stars somehow. Her fries were lukewarm and the chicken tenders were pink RAW chicken she has since made multiple trips to the bathroom and this was delivery was early no wonder it was early your feeding customers under cooked chicken making her ill 😡😡 you should be sued and she has sent an email to the food health organisation!!! Called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager absolutely fucking ridiculous apparently he made it himself and checked the freshness no the fuck he did not otherwise she would not be currently throwing up and coming out of both ends!! I work in fast food I know the ropes this is not on!!! He asked when did she eat it I said when she recieved it - correction- my bad, it was an hour after receiving it she then took an hour to eat it, thats 2 hours from receiving it the 3rd hour she was displaying symptoms of food poisoning!! The only thing that the manager offered was to send MORE??? Chicken tenders?? WTF???

I came here yesterday with a group of 4, i ordered the Royal Smokey burger. I was totally shocked for a burger place that specialises in burgers to be serving cheap frozen burgers. I was a big no no.
