Good food, they prepared it quickly and very nice customer service, I would recommend coming again.
Ordered online for collection they had no idea that I ordered any food and when the chicken wings came they were disgusting and raw wrote this review immediately after eating 2 and I am scared it will give me food poisoning
Ordered a chicken fillet burger meal late Saturday evening. The chicken was bland, lacking flavor, and the fries seemed overcooked/reheated multiple times—dry and unappetizing. I usually visit another takeaway (with consistently better quality and reviews) at the start of the street but wanted to give *Perfect Chicken* a try. Sadly, it was a letdown. Hoping the owners revisit their food standards—freshness and taste matter to keep customers coming back.
Their customer service is just appalling, so I ordered and they bring the complete wrong meal out then I try to phone the shop they was rude about it and not even refund or bring the right food out. Absolute disgrace shop needs new staff clearly pls no one order from here 😡😡
I normally go here when I can’t be bothered cooking but I ordered tonight and all of a sudden one chicken nugget was uncooked and I started throwing up my food iv had 111 and a top priority ambulance out i have been told if get worse to go to hospital I doubt I will order from here again
