I'm writing this review on behalf of my partner who went in to the branch today to withdraw some cash from the machine. A lovely lady called Jacky helped me as I have just had eye surgery, she went above and beyond to help me and was just so lovely😊 Thank you so much Jacky.
I had a very positive experience in the store today. Two ladies were at the front of the store welcoming me in with a smile and were very friendly. Denise then took me into a room straight away to help me with my issue which was resolved within a couple of minutes. She was very helpful.
Meeting Vanessa is like meeting my financial Angel.She took more than enough patience to rescue me out of outrageous over billing of some Apps which is claiming my money. She is a God sent .
I visited this branch today to replace my old card. A lovely lady named Ellie assisted me, and she was incredibly helpful and kind. She made the entire process easy and handled everything for me. I will definitely visit again!
